Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning. They provided a portable unit, but it created a stifling mix of hot and cold air, making it hard to get comfortable. the noise from other guests was quite disruptive, and I could hear their conversations clearly from my room.

I did find the city tax payment process slightly cumbersome as they only accepted cash. I had to run to an exchange shop before check-in, which disrupted the flow of my arrival. it would have been nice to have a television in the room for some evening entertainment.

Some bits could use improvement. The bathroom had a broken shampoo holder that caused an accident during my shower, resulting in a trip to the hospital. A lack of eggs at breakfast was disappointing, and the selection was quite basic. the check-in process was a hassle due to the cash-only city tax, leaving me scrambling for change. the AC unit was in a corner, making it ineffective at warming up the room, and I had to trek two flights down just for drinking water, which was a bit inconvenient.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, and I loved how they provided us a small fridge along with complimentary water. After a day of exploring, it was great to unwind in the cozy common area with some wine or a movie. Just a heads up, check-in times are a bit limited, so plan accordingly! 😊
